The 1st Step to Incentives: It’s No-Cost
A Mass Save Home Energy Assessment is a no-cost home visit where a trained Energy Specialist introduces you to all the incentives that are available to your home through Mass Save.
The assessment (& many additional incentives) are funded by a charge on your monthly energy bill; therefore, it is no-cost for you to take advantage of.
The home energy assessment serves as a qualifier for obtaining both energy Rebates and the 0% interest HEAT Loan financing, and it also is to identify areas of your home that may need air leaks sealed, or more insulation added (aka, weatherization): of which Mass Save will pay 75% – 100% of the cost.
Alpine Heat Pumps is an Approved Mass Save Heat Pump Installer and will schedule you with your local Mass Save Partner to perform a Mass Save Energy Assessment on your home.

Mass Save® Rebates – Air-Source Heat Pumps
WE DO ALL THE PAPERWORK!
Whole-Home Rebate ($10,000): for customers who install heat pumps as the sole source of heating and cooling. Completion of weatherization recommendations made during a Home Energy Assessment is required for this rebate.
Partial-Home Rebates ($1,250/ton): based on equipment size (tonnage) for customers who install heat pumps to supplement an existing heating system or section of their home. To qualify for partial-home heat pump rebates, integrated controls must be installed in homes with oil, propane, or natural gas back-up (integrated controls allow a user to automatically switch back and forth from using their heat pump to their primary existing heat system).

Mass Save® - 0% Interest HEAT Loan Financing

The Sponsors® of Mass Save are buying down interest rates to make energy efficiency more affordable for Massachusetts residents. With the HEAT Loan, you could qualify for a loan of up to $25,000 with terms up to seven years.
Alpine HEAT Pumps is an Approved Mass Save Heat Pump Installer, so our clients are eligible to apply for HEAT Loan financing, and we will do all the paperwork to get your project authorized/eligible for you to apply.
Receive Your No-Cost Mass Save Assessment
Eligibility for a no-cost home energy assessment.
This Mass Save program is available to residential customers of the Sponsors of Mass Save. Customers must live in a one to four unit home in Massachusetts. Eligibility for some Mass Save rebates and incentives are based on the outcome of the Home Energy Assessment completed by Alpine Heat Pumps.
Additionally, there are some restrictions and offers that are subject to change or cancellation. Financing is subject to approval from a participating lender. Customers who meet household income guidelines may instead by eligible for the Mass Save Income Eligible Program.
